Tigers win Series 2-1

The Dublin Tigers defeated the Columbus Baracudas on Sunday, October 2 in Game 3 of the LCS to win their first League Championship.  The Tigers won 9-1 in the deciding game of the Best of Three Series.  The Tigers were led by the pitching of fourty-eight year old Greg Otto who threw a complete game in the deciding game allowing one run.  Game 3 was the 2nd start of the series for Otto who also threw a complete game in Game 1 of the series.  Otto was named Championship Series MVP as he was 2-0 on the mound with 16 innings pitched allowing two runs.
