As of this update, the League is still on hold.  While the Governor allowed baseball to resume activities this past Tuesday, area school facilities are still closed until June 30.  The League has spoken with all fields that the League uses on a regular basis and those coaches are awaiting for their respective school administrations to make a decision on guidelines that would allow use of school facilities by outside groups.  

Once the facilities are available, the new player workout/draft will be scheduled and the League will move to schedule Opening Day and the rest of the game schedule.

This reminds of my time in the USMC: Stand by to Stand by!
